A London-based, fast-growing commerce media team is seeking an execution-focused specialist to join our high-performing agency. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about crafting and optimising paid search campaigns to drive measurable growth for clients across top marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid search campaign execution across Google Search, Google Shopping, and retail media platforms
- Adaptively adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximise ROI and conversion performance
- Deeply analyse campaign metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and optimisations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports, translating data into actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client augmentee needs, ensuring data-driven recommendations

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in paid search or commerce media, with agency-side experience preferred
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Search, Google Shopping or equivalent platform tools
- Sharp analytical skills with a proven ability to optimise campaigns based on data
- Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced with campaign tools (e.g., Skai, Pacvue)
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and staying detail-oriented
- Eager to deliver impactful, measurable results in a high-growth environment
