Salt are partnering with a global fintech organisation and are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their team.
Location: London
Pay: £250-£300 per day (inside IR35)
Type: Contract, 3 months, ASAP Start
About the Role:
This is a hands-on Paid Search Manager position focused on owning and scaling performance across the UK & Ireland markets. You’ll be responsible for managing large budgets, driving customer acquisition, and optimising campaigns to deliver measurable commercial impact. The role combines deep analytical thinking with execution – you’ll build, optimise and scale campaigns across multiple platforms while working closely with SEO and other teams to maximise overall search performance. You’ll also explore emerging technologies, including AI-led automation, to enhance workflows and reporting.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns
- Proven experience across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search channels (e.g. Apple Search Ads)
- Strong understanding of CPA optimisation aligned to lifetime value (LTV/CLV)
- Experience running geo-experiments and measuring incrementality
- Solid knowledge of attribution modelling and click tracking methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics 4, Search Ads 360, and Campaign Manager 360
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Funnel.io, Adthena or similar is advantageous
- Interest in AI and automation within performance marketing
