Paid Search Campaign Specialist – Award-Winning Performance Marketing Team

MVF, one of the world’s largest customer acquisition businesses, is looking for an experienced Paid Search campaign specialist to join our globally recognised performance marketing team.


About the Role

At MVF, we specialise in performance-based digital marketing, generating leads for third-party businesses while ensuring profit for our operations. Based in our London office (with a remote team in Austin, Texas), our team of 90+ digital marketing experts drives over £50M in annual marketing spend across innovate platforms—from Google Search/RAISE, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, to Demand Gen and in-house solutions.

As a performance-first business, we give autonomy and control, allowing test-driven campaign improvements from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance-Driven Campaigns

    • Manage high-scale campaigns (Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Bing) through:
      • In-depth analysis
      • Performance optimisations & A/B testing
      • Scaling successful strategies
  • Driving Innovation

    • Lead projects introducing new features, creatives, and technologies that improve:
      • Customer acquisition
      • Efficiency across the team
  • Personalised Growth

    • Develop your own expertise (e.g., PPC deep dives, creative storytelling, ad tech innovations).
    • Dedicated development paths and workshops.

About You

Experience & Expertise

  • 3+ years hands-on campaign management experience (minimum Google Search, plus preference for Google Display/Demand Gen).
  • Expertise with Google Advertising tools (Smart Bidding, automated solutions) and campaign altro systems.
  • Proven track record of:
    • Implementing AI-driven strategy and recommerdations
    • Optimising for conversion, CPA, and profitability (incl. incremental revenue analysis)
  • Self-starting: thrive working autonomously while escalating challenges.

    • Strong numerical and technical skills—e.g., plotting campaign health indicators, cross-channel analysis.
    • Passion for testing new features, platforms, and practices.

  • Tech Agnostic
    • Stay curious—keen to learn about emerging platforms (brand advertising, TikTok, CSM tech).
