ŌURA is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Search Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our global paid search programs. This role is highly executional, focused on campaign setup, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across Google Ads, YouTube, and related platforms.
You’ll work closely with Paid Media leadership, channel leads, analytics, and agency partners to ensure search programs are structured efficiently, optimized rigorously, and aligned to both performance goals and regional campaign priorities.
What You’ll Do
Paid Search & YouTube Execution
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other search platforms.
- Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, audience layering, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
- Monitor performance and implement weekly optimizations through bidding, SQR, keyword expansion and exclusion, negative keyword management, and ad strength improvements.
Testing & Optimization
- Support structured testing across bidding strategies, audiences, creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
- Translate complex platform changes (e.g. automation shifts, broad match, PMAX, AI Overview, Discovery) into clear testing roadmaps and actionable recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
