We are working with a high-growth digital marketing agency that partners with ambitious retail brands to accelerate their eCommerce performance. Backed by advanced technology and a strong European presence, the business blends creative thinking with data-led execution. You’ll join a collaborative London team that prioritises continuous development, giving you the tools, autonomy, and support to build a standout career in performance marketing.
The Specialist, Paid Search will take ownership of multi-channel paid search campaigns, driving measurable growth while building strong client relationships and delivering strategic insight.
Role Highlights
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop data-led strategies aligned to client commercial goals
- Run A/B testing and continuously improve account performance
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting and analysis
- Build trusted relationships, acting as a key client contact

You Will Need
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using GA4 or similar tools
- Ability to translate data into clear, client-friendly insights
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance optimisation
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and communication skills
