Partner Role: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.
Our partner is seeking a Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads) based in the United Kingdom and fully remote. This role is focused on driving high-quality lead generation for B2B clients across North America through performance-driven Google Ads campaigns.
About the Role
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will:
- Manage 20–30 Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) client accounts
- Build and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Leverage AI-enhanced strategies to improve targeting, bidding, and conversion efficiency
- Analyze performance data to refine ad copy, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Customer Success, SEO, and design teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing strategies

Responsibilities

Account Management & Optimization
- Manage and refine Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for strong lead quality and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and lead quality.
- Stay updated on Google Ads features, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Campaign Execution & Strategy
- Create and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Write and refine ad copy using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) and collaboration where needed.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B tests.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for reporting.

Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with Customer Success, SEO, and design teams for cross-functional optimization.
- Continuously scale campaigns using AI-driven strategies to support client growth.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong track record in managing 20+ accounts simultaneously in a high-performance setting.
- Expertise in:
- Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Bing) – setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Meta Ads (plus is a bonus for cross-channel execution).
- B2B lead generation strategies for local and service-based businesses.
- Proficiency in:
- Keyword research & bidding strategies.
- Conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and lead generation techniques.
- Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Business Acumen for translating client needs into high-converting paid strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for campaign optimization is preferred.
