Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads) – Remote (UK-Based)

About the Role
This remote role is focused on driving high-quality lead generation for B2B clients across North America through performance-driven Google Ads campaigns.
You will manage multiple client accounts, optimizing campaigns for measurable business outcomes—not vanity metrics. This position requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and occasional support for Meta Ads.
Ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, this role emphasizes AI-enhanced strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale clients efficiently.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and optimise 20–30 Google Ads accounts for B2B clients, ensuring qualified leads and strong ROI.
- Build and maintain Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns aligned with client acquisition goals.
- Manage Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns and support Meta Ads as needed.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Write and refine conversion-focused ad copy, leveraging AI tools and collaboration with content teams.
- Continuously optimise campaigns via bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and search term analysis.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, SEO, and design teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable improvement strategies.
- Identify ways to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and account growth.
- Stay updated on Google Ads features, AI-driven tools, and evolving paid media best practices.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven capability to manage 20+ client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), including setup, optimisation, and scaling.
- Meta Ads experience is a strong plus for cross-channel campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies for service businesses.
- Proficiency in keyword research, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for performance measurement and reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and time management across multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for campaign optimisation is beneficial.
