Help shape the social strategy behind one of the world's most iconic brands
If you're a Paid Social specialist who loves combining strategy, creativity and performance, this could be the role for you.
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team working on Mattel. You'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit, while helping one of the world's most recognisable brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

What you'll be doing
As the Paid Social Manager, you'll be the driving force behind paid social performance for Mattel.
You'll lead campaign strategy, oversee activation and optimisation, identify new growth opportunities, and turn performance data into meaningful recommendations for the client. You'll also work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and continue to evolve through testing and innovation.
Alongside managing day-to-day delivery, you'll help shape the future direction of the account through audience planning, creative best practice, measurement frameworks and platform innovation.
You'll also play an important leadership role, supporting junior team members, championing best practice and helping create a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

- Have strong experience across paid social strategy and activation.
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and presenting insights that influence decisions.
- Are comfortable leading campaigns end-to-end and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
- Love testing new ideas, embracing change and finding smarter ways of working.
- Are a supportive and collaborative leader who brings out the best in others.
