Overview Paid Social Manager – ASDA We’re hiring a Paid Social Manager to join the team behind Spark Foundry’s largest and most high‑profile account: ASDA. This is a chance to shape performance-driven social at serious scale, working on campaigns that millions of people see—especially during key cultural moments like ASDA’s iconic Christmas activity. You’ll bring together hands-on delivery and strategic thinking to drive measurable growth, supported by strong platform partnerships and a collaborative team. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: Own the paid social strategy and delivery for ASDA, driving measurable performance against clear commercial goals Plan and execute campaigns across key retail moments, including high-profile seasonal campaigns such as Christmas Lead day-to-day activation, ensuring campaigns are set up, optimised and delivered to a consistently high standard Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, presenting performance insights and recommendations with clarity Turn campaign data into actionable insights that inform optimisation and improve results Design and manage structured testing plans to continually enhance performance at scale Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to deliver integrated, effective campaigns Qualifications Skills we’re looking for: Experience managing paid social campaigns in a performance-led environment Strong hands-on capability across campaign activation, optimisation and budget management Confidence working with large, high-profile clients and managing competing priorities Good understanding of measurement, KPIs and how paid social drives business outcomes Ability to translate data into clear, relevant insights for different audiences A collaborative mindset and experience working across multiple teams Curiosity and openness to exploring new formats, tools and platform developments What’s in it for you: Be part of something big: Work on Spark Foundry’s largest account, with significant budgets and platform support Visible impact: See your work come to life across national campaigns, including some of the UK’s most recognised retail moments Hands‑on ownership: Take real responsibility for both strategy and activation—not just one or the other Learn at scale: Gain exposure to complex, high‑volume campaigns that accelerate your development Strong support network: Collaborate with a dedicated social team and benefit from platform partnerships and expertise Variety in your work: Balance always‑on performance activity with standout seasonal campaigns Clear progression: Grow your career in an environment that values development, curiosity and continuous improvement Additional Information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
