The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Paid Social Account Manager to provide immediate delivery cover starting in July. This urgent requirement will support the wider team during a period of multiple staff transitions. You will work across an established portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients spanning financial services/asset management and global consumer goods/corporate. This is a practical, execution-led role suited for someone who takes ownership quickly, communicates proactively, and delivers without needing to be chased.

What You'll Be Doing
- Executing day-to-day management of Paid Social campaigns across client accounts, including setup, trafficking, optimisation, and performance monitoring.
- Supporting the Account Director in translating strategy into clear delivery briefs for specialist and offshore teams.
- Coordinating closely with offshore delivery teams to maintain briefing quality, QA standards, and workflow processes.
- Preparing and actively contributing to client-facing reporting and status communications.
- Maintaining accurate budget tracking and ensuring all finance processes are adhered to.
- Operating within strict compliance and governance frameworks specific to regulated financial services clients, where audience accuracy and process adherence are non-negotiable.

What We're Looking For
- Solid, hands-on Paid Social campaign management experience, with technical expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience with secondary platforms like YouTube, as well as paid search, is highly advantageous.
- Comfort managing and executing both B2C consumer and B2B professional campaign types.
- Highly organised nature with strict attention to detail across budget management, campaign setup, and QA.
- A strong communicator who is proactive, dependable, and clear under pressure.
- Comfortable working within a compliance-sensitive and heavily regulated client environment.
- A self-sufficient professional who is able to get up to speed quickly and slot into an active portfolio with minimal ramp-up time.
