Paid Social Affiliates Manager
Luxury beauty brand seeks a Paid Social Affiliates Manager to drive visibility into sales, owning paid social strategy and scaling an affiliate programme across platforms like ShopMy and LTK.
The Role
You’ll lead paid social strategy and execution, as well as expanding a high-performing affiliate programme. This includes:
- Briefing and managing a paid social agency – Holding them accountable for CPA, ROAS and new-customer targets.
- Overseeing creative testing and audience strategy – Ensuring alignment between paid, organic and influencer marketing.
- Owning the affiliate programme end-to-end – Managing partner recruitment, commission negotiation and platform administration.
- Managing ShopMy & LTK – Handling creator recruitment, commission structures and key performance tracking.
- Monitoring partner performance & commission spend – Maintaining an efficient, high-performing affiliate network.
- Commissioning on-brand creative & collateral – Supporting key launches and campaigns in paid & affiliate marketing.
- Driving subscription growth – Expanding the subscriber base.

- Proven experience in paid social & affiliate marketing, ideally within beauty or premium D2C.
- The ability to analyse CPA and ROAS, extracting actionable insights and holding agencies/partners accountable.
- Proficiency in creative briefing & commission negotiation, balancing data with commercial acumen.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and nurture Key Partner Relationships for strong results.
