🚀 About the Role
Ignite are partnering with a UK’s fastest-growing D2C subscription brand, scaling rapidly and searching for a Paid Social Content Creator to join their high-performing Growth Team.
💯 Responsibilities
Create and produce high-performing short-form video content for paid social ads, from concept to final edit:
- Film, edit, and produce engaging creative content for Meta and TikTok ads that stop the scroll and drive conversions.
- Organise and manage content shoots, coordinating listings, talent, and talent.
- Develop and test multiple content variations to refine high-performance formats.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, translating them into authentic, engaging, and platform-native content.

✨ Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience creating social media content, preferably within a D2C brand or agency (freelance, in-house, or agency roles all considered).
- Proven track record producing performance-driven content for Meta and/or TikTok.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Comfortable with filming and appearing on camera.
- A creative mindset with a focus on short-form engagement and commercial effectiveness.
- Highly organised, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.
