About Us

We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female-first activewear back in 1998. And since then, we’ve been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women – our sisterhood – together we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them. Our sisterhood treats every day like it’s made for moving, and we’re always pushing to do better too. Like using responsibly sourced materials, launching our first-ever FemTech collection – designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause – and supporting girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Paid Social and Display Manager as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. You in?

  • OUR STRENGTH IS IN EACH OTHER

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the regional strategy and day-to-day management of Sweaty Betty’s Paid Social and Display channels, working closely with ecommerce, brand, creative, analytics, and trade teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive both immediate commercial results and long-term brand affinity.

  • Oversee budget allocation across platforms in partnership with the wider Digital and Finance teams.
  • Act as the key link between Paid Media and Creative, ensuring campaign messaging is aligned and performance insights are shared effectively.
  • Present innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports.
  • Regularly report on channel performance.
  • Drive innovation across the Paid Social and Display strategy through a robust test-and-learn approach, exploring new partners, technologies, and opportunities in collaboration with key internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Expert experience managing, executing, and delivering campaigns across Paid Social, Video & Display.
  • Experience creating and implementing social strategies and executing testing plans/roadmaps.
  • Proven experience identifying and activating platform innovations through Alpha / Beta adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of managing performance-led campaigns and a detailed understanding of the Facebook pixel.
  • An analytical, data-driven methodology to building strategy and mapping out clear KPIs for biddable success that align with business growth and CPA/CAC targets - thinking long-term, while also being able to react quickly to changes in trade and the digital landscape.
  • Ability to present results and recommendations to multiple stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Deep understanding of optimization levers and proven ability to maximize performance.
  • Previous experience managing campaigns with large budgets and across multiple markets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, both in campaign set up / QA’ing and reporting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of, and experience working across, both commonplace and emerging social media, video, and display marketing channels.
  • A strong team leader with the ability to drive, inspire, and motivate a team by providing clear developmental goals, positivity, and a depth of biddable knowledge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
