What You’ll Be Doing
- Running Facebook & Instagram ads like it’s second nature
- Analysing data, spotting trends, and scaling what works
- Experimenting with creative, copy, and audiences to drive ROI
- Building trusted relationships with clients who value your expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Paid Social experience (agency or in-house), ideally in e-commerce
- Confident in Meta Ads Manager — this is your playground
- Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and results-focused
- Comfortable working directly with clients and owning outcomes
