A high-street retail brand rebuilt as DTC-first and taken to Series B. A challenger brand scaled from a standing start to £100m+ in global sales. Another that jumped 46% in revenue early into the engagement and went on to get acquired.
£200m+ in ad spend managed across brands like these. Now they're hiring a Growth Executive to own paid social for the next cohort of brands headed the same way, real campaign ownership from day one, not a seat crunching someone else's numbers.
This is a full-time remote role. If you’re based outside of the UK, this would be as a contractor.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Real autonomy. You'll take ownership of paid social execution for your client cohort, not just execute someone else's plan.
- Career growth that is truly bespoke. No rigid ladder. Progression is based on impact, and it can move fast.
- Work where you're most productive. Office, home, or a funded co-working space, your call.
- A genuine stake in outcomes. UK candidates can join the share option scheme.
- Work/life balance that's actually respected. Need two hours off for a plumber? Take it, no drama.
- Direct exposure to strategy. You'll sit close to the Growth Lead and Creative Strategist, not buried three layers down.
- Salary: £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience (open to going higher for someone who can step in and exceed expectations immediately)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
