Paid Social Executive
About Linzi
Linzi is a family-run fashion footwear brand with over 30 years of experience creating stylish, affordable and comfortable shoes for women. Designed in-house and produced through our own factories, we are passionate about delivering trend-led & classic footwear at an accessible price point while building a strong, recognisable brand.
As we continue to grow our e-commerce business, we are looking for a talented and commercially minded Paid Social Executive to join our marketing team and help drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness across our key paid social channels.
The Role
The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of Linzi’s paid social activity across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the detail, building campaigns, analysing performance, testing new ideas and continuously looking for opportunities to improve results.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Brand and wider marketing team, you will play a key role in scaling our paid social activity while ensuring campaigns align with our brand identity and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Management
- Manage the day-to-day running of paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and customer retention activity.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is allocated effectively to achieve commercial objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisations.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while reducing inefficient spend.

Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
- Support the development of paid social strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Create and manage testing plans across audiences, creative formats, messaging, placements and campaign structures.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Work towards key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to develop high-performing paid social creative.
- Provide insight into what content, products and messaging are driving results.
- Brief creative requirements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Stay up to date with paid social trends, new formats and platform updates.
Platform Management
- Stay up to date with changes across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest advertising platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, including tracking, audiences, catalogues and pixels.
- Use platform insights and analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support improvements to attribution and reporting.

Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular paid social performance reports.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign results and trends to inform future activity.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to understand how paid social contributes to overall business performance.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within e-commerce or fashion/retail.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, audiences, targeting and optimisation.
- Experience managing budgets and working towards performance KPIs.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- A passion for creative testing and understanding what makes content perform.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with product catalogues, dynamic ads and shopping campaigns.
- Experience within fashion, footwear, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
