Are you an experienced Paid Social Executive looking for your next challenge in e-commerce?
We're partnering with a well-known fashion brand that's continuing to invest in its digital growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious marketing team where you'll take ownership of paid social activity, helping to drive online sales, customer acquisition and brand growth.
If you love analysing performance, testing new ideas and seeing the direct impact of your campaigns, this role offers the chance to make a real difference within a fast-paced retail environment.
The Role
You'll take the lead on paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, using data, creativity and commercial insight to continually improve performance. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll help shape campaign strategy, uncover new growth opportunities and ensure every campaign is delivering against business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and developing paid social campaigns across key social platforms.
- Identifying new opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement and online revenue.
- Using campaign performance and customer insights to refine targeting, creative and budget allocation.
- Monitoring performance trends and introducing fresh ideas to keep campaigns performing at their best.
- Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing commercial goals with creative thinking.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and platform developments to ensure the business remains competitive.

About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Experience within e-commerce, fashion, retail, beauty or another lifestyle brand would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, with exposure to TikTok and Pinterest advertising highly beneficial.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- A data-driven approach, with the confidence to interpret performance and make informed optimisation decisions.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continually improving campaign performance.

Location
This is a full-time, office-based position, with you'll be based from the company's Essex office five days a week. Due to the collaborative nature of the role, regular office presence is essential, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commuting distance. This opportunity would therefore suit candidates living in or around Ilford, Chelmsford, Romford, Brentwood, Basildon, Billericay, Upminster, Hornchurch, Epping or Chigwell.
