We’re proud to be working with a Warwickshire based, integrated marketing agency, supporting them in recruiting a talented Paid Social Executive to join their dynamic and collaborative digital team.
This role offers the chance to work across a diverse client portfolio, including a range of high-profile household brands within a range of sectors including fashion, leisure, automotive and retail.
With the opportunity to work on impactful paid social campaigns, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting with campaign ideas, launching campaigns, reporting on performance, and driving tangible results.

What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign strategy & planning: Contribute to shaping and building tailored paid social strategies that align with your clients’ unique goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Create and activate paid social campaigns with a focus on performance optimisation. You’ll write or edit compelling ad copy and brief your super talented creative team to develop supporting assets.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs and conversions, creating clear, insightful reports with recommendations for continual improvement.
- Client Communication: Be the point of contact for client updates and campaign feedback. You’ll build trusted relationships and confidently present insights and performance updates.
- Innovation & Testing: Keep up to date with industry trends and platform updates to offer the best paid social solutions to your clients.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous hands-on experience running paid social campaigns with experience in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- A love of social media and a willingness to continue to learn and develop.
- Someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional service to clients, building great relationships with colleagues and playing a key part in the success of the agency overall.
