Reporting To: Paid Social Account Manager

OUR DIGITAL ACTIVATION TEAM:

All brands under HMN are serviced by a centralized digital activation function - a scaled team of 250+ experts spanning PPC SEO, affiliates, paid social, programmatic, and commerce in the UK.

Our paid social media team consists of over 60 experts – a team of executives, managers, directors, and business directors – led by a head of paid social.

We’re a highly motivated, energetic team with a passion for all things social. We like great ideas combined with smart planning and a relentless commitment to results. We’re constantly innovating for our clients, working with all the key platforms in the latest formats to reach audiences in interesting ways.

About Paid Social

Our paid social media team consists of over 45 experts – a team of executives, managers, directors, and business directors – led by a head of paid social.

We’re constantly innovating for our clients, working with all the key platforms in the latest formats to reach audiences in interesting ways.


The Role

This is an exciting position within Paid Social for an Executive, working on a diverse range of clients. You’ll be developed to manage key pieces of business, providing a superior service to our clients and delivering innovative communications planning solutions. You will develop and apply your knowledge of paid social communications platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums and solutions to overcome the challenges clients are facing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate campaign set up across all social media platforms - to brief and deadline
  • Manage paid media campaigns as they go live, providing real-time optimization recommendations to improve results
  • Daily pacing and tracking of campaign performance across portfolio of clients and communicate to Social Managers or Social Director on any irregularities
  • Provide accurate data for campaign reporting and contribute to post campaign performance (PCA) reports
  • Establish strong relationships with Client Planning teams enabling clear and effective communication, building trust and influence for Paid Social
  • Own month end reconciliation process
  • Support in the resolution of financial queries in a timely manner
  • Participate in client meetings as required
  • Contribute to wider Paid Social team meetings, sharing learnings and providing updates as appropriate

Who we’re looking for

  • A school leaver or graduate with a degree in an analytical-, quantitative-, comms- or marketing related discipline
  • Numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation
  • Confident and accurate with the English language, speaking and in writing
  • Interested in technology and motivated to learn more about new technology developments
  • A keen problem solver
  • Good attention to detail and process orientated
  • A team player with strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative
  • Previous active experience with data processing and analysis platforms (for example in banking sector or during degree projects) desirable, but not required
  • You have no issues putting our web camera “on” for remote calls
  • An understanding of web delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e.g. cookies, Adservers, http protocols) desirable, but not required
  • It is desirable that the candidate has an interest in advertising and can apply innovative thinking when required to develop solutions
