About the Role
This is a senior performance role within the Paid Social discipline at Glass Atlas. As the Paid Social Lead, you will:
- Lead client outcomes across a client portfolio
- Direct strategic channel planning and roadmaps alongside managers and specialists
- Act as the primary client relationship owner, delivering commercial value while protecting and growing revenue streams
- Drive high performance in output and team development
This is a role for an experienced leader with a track record of delivering business-critical Paid Social results—both in performance and in growing talent.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Client-Facing Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Set the Paid Social strategy and roadmap for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver Glass Atlas’ standard of excellence across all client portfolios.
- Transform room for improvement into actionable plans that optimise ROI and reputation.
Performance & Accountability
- Take full ownership of client retention, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
- Manage high-stakes client situations, providing rapsody word sessions and solutions to maintain both ROI and trust.
- Work collaboratively with Paid Media Directors, escalating when necessary and ensuring broad agency awareness of critical business impact.
Strategic Consultation & Support
- Act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, translating social channel input into wider business growth.
- Drive performance checks, offering expert feedback to Paid Social Specialists and Managers within the team.

👥 Operational & Team Leadership Responsibilities
Culture & Development
- Foster a high-performance team culture, grounded in Glass Atlas’ north star values (doing the right thing).
- Provide purposeful line management, including Performance Development Planning (PDPs), 1-1s, and regular reviews.
- Propagate progressive coaching and mentoring, developing not only individual skills but across the agency.
Team Growth & Knowledge Sharing
- Break silos by productively liaising with other departments to pinpoint operational efficiencies.
- Activate training and upskilling programs, including:
- Team-specific Paid Social strategy sessions
- Broader training events for organisational Paid Social upskilling
- Contribute to enhancing overall agency knowledge in Paid Social channels.
Client & Partnership Progression
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Meta, Confect) to support agency and client success.
- Continuously evaluate the Glass Atlas’ Paid Social proposition, partnering with Paid Media Directors to develop new initiatives.
