What's this role all about?

Our award-winning Campaigns team at Wiser is in an exciting high period of growth, launching campaigns across the world for huge, household names.

As a Paid Social Lead, you’ll take ownership of Wiser’s most complex and high-value campaigns, acting as the senior media specialist on key client accounts. You’ll lead strategy, activation, optimisation, and performance for major campaigns, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure our work delivers outstanding results.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced paid media operator who is trusted to run high-stakes work independently, contribute to new business opportunities, and set the standard for campaign excellence.

What will you spend your time doing?

Leading the delivery of Wiser’s highest-value and most complex campaigns across global clients Owning paid media strategy, activation, optimisation, and reporting end to end Acting as the senior day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders Working closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered to brief, on time, and to a high standard Collaborating with Creative teams to shape, review, and optimise campaign creative Using performance data to make clear, confident decisions and recommendations Troubleshooting complex campaign challenges and stepping in where additional expertise is needed Supporting pitches and new business opportunities through senior campaign input and media expertise Contributing to the development of best practice and raising the quality bar across the Campaigns team

What are we looking for?

7+ years’ experience delivering paid media or recruitment marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency environment Proven experience running complex, high-budget campaigns across multiple markets or regions Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect campaign performance to wider business objectives Confident senior client presence, comfortable advising, influencing, and challenging stakeholders Deep hands-on experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Display and YouTube Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of high-pressure work A strong understanding of the paid media landscape and emerging trends Bonus: Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or corporate is a strong advantage and should be highlighted in your application
