Paid Social Manager
BettingJobs is currently recruiting for an established iGaming company are looking to hire a Paid Social Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: Manage Meta, Snap, and TikTok campaigns across assigned markets, overseeing setup, budgets, creative assets, and ad compliance. Collaborate with global stakeholders and country managers to plan and execute annual Paid Social marketing forecasts. Deliver accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including CLV analysis, while translating campaign data into actionable performance recommendations. Support full-funnel acquisition strategies with Brand teams, including upper-funnel initiatives tailored to international markets and audience behaviour. Partner with data teams to optimise tracking, landing pages, and ad functionality across campaigns. Identify automation and technical efficiency opportunities while leading internal and external meetings to present insights and recommendations.

Requirements: 4+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within the iGaming industry. Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple markets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming standards. Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau, reporting tools, attribution models, AppsFlyer, GTM, and advanced Excel. Solid understanding of Paid Social platforms, tagging, tracking, and attribution methodologies. Highly organised with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting through Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams and external partners. Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative and test new ideas.
