A B2B performance marketing agency, founded in 2019 and ISO 27001 certified, is looking for a Paid Social Manager to run paid search and paid social campaigns for high-growth SaaS and consultancy clients. The agency has doubled in size every year since 2022 and now has team members across the UK, Spain, the US, and the UAE.
What you'll be doing:
- Run and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn) campaigns, with the initial focus weighted towards paid search.
- Analyse performance data, form hypotheses, and test them.
- Work with the design team to shape landing pages.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking in Google Tag Manager.
- Stay on top of paid search trends.
- Speak directly with clients when needed.

The role is remote first, with the team meeting up in London every couple of weeks plus a monthly social.
What makes someone right for this:
- At least 3 years' experience building, managing, reporting, and optimising LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns for a B2B advertiser.
- Practical knowledge of attribution.
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel knowledge and an analytical skill set.
- UK based, able to get into Central London occasionally.
- A good sense of humour and a team-first attitude, this is a small, close-knit team.
