Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager.
Established for over 20 years ago, our Client is a long-established and highly successful Group of Retail / Distribution Companies. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking to appoint within the Digital Team to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager – the role will report to the Head of Performance and is seen as a senior role in the Group.
Skills / Background Needed to be Suited to the Paid Social Media Manager Role
Our Client will be looking for a proven track record of success / experience of the management of Paid Social campaigns – either Inhouse or via an Agency

- You will have a proven track record of and passion for Analysis – using Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Your passion for and understanding of Performance Optimization / Creative Best Practices and Audience Targeting will be essential in this role.
- Other skills / areas of experience essential to this role includes:
- Manage Budgets / Bids and Targeting – with Audience Segmentation
- Develop and execute Paid Social Campaigns
- Brief and oversee Creative Content – align with Brand Objectives
- Prepare and Report on Weekly and Monthly KPI’s

What You Can Expect as the Paid Social Manager
- Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £55,000 – doe
- Annual Performance Related Bonus / Salary Review
- 22 days hols PLUS Bank Hols
- Annual Allocation of WFH days
