About The Content Emporium
The Content Emporium is a specialist social media agency helping brands connect with their audiences through creative, effective social content.
As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Paid Social Manager (Activation & Performance) to help us build and develop our paid social capability alongside our established organic social offering.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both content and performance. You'll play a key role in helping our clients get more value from their social content through smart, agile paid social activation, while also supporting broader paid social campaigns and shaping the future of our paid offering.
The Role
This role is primarily focused on managing the paid amplification of organic social content across Meta and TikTok.
Working closely with our organic social, content, and client services teams, you'll:
- Identify opportunities to amplify content through paid social
- Recommend budgets, audiences, and timings
- Launch campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimise activity
Alongside amplified content activity, you'll also:
- Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for agency clients
- Deliver objectives like awareness, engagement, event promotion, and footfall
- Own and manage The Content Emporium's own paid social activity (including LinkedIn, Meta)
A key focus will be managing paid social for a major shopping centre portfolio, ensuring:
- Content is timely, locally relevant, and aligned with wider strategies
This is a role for a data-savvy, platform-obsessed professional who loves analysing performance, spotting opportunities, and turning strong organic content into stronger results. While you'll manage paid social delivery, this is not a people-management position—it's about campaigns, creativity, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Amplified Content Strategy & Activation
- Develop and manage amplification strategies for organic social content across Meta and TikTok
- Identify high-performing and strategically important content for amplification
- Recommend budgets, audiences, objectives, and timings
- Launch, monitor, and optimise amplified content campaigns
- Ensure paid amplification aligns with content calendars and campaign objectives
- Manage paid activation across multiple locations, campaigns, and priorities
- React quickly to emerging opportunities, events, and content trends

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
