You will help clients reach and influence professional audiences, generate high quality demand and drive measurable commercial outcomes across the B2B funnel.

Purpose of the Role

The Paid Social Manager will play a key role in leading the strategy and delivery of B2B paid social activity across multiple platforms.

You will be responsible for crafting audience first media approaches, optimising full funnel performance and ensuring campaigns deliver against their goals & objectives.

This role requires someone with proven B2B experience, a strong grasp of how paid social supports long and complex buyer journeys and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing B2B-specific paid social strategies aligned to client business goals, target industries, buying committees and the full customer journey.
  • Partnering closely with clients to define KPIs such as marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Leading the end-to-end activation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X and emerging B2B environments.
  • Managing always on activity alongside campaign bursts, ensuring the right balance of awareness, consideration and conversion tactics tailored for long sales cycles.
  • Ensuring all campaigns launch on time, meet quality standards and stay within budget.
  • Serving as the day-to-day B2B paid social expert for clients, providing clear recommendations, performance updates and strategic guidance.
  • Building strong relationships with Client Services, Strategy, Data and other Paid Media teams to ensure an integrated & aligned approach.
  • Translating complex performance data into simple, actionable client narratives.
  • Owning optimisation frameworks that aim to improve performance e.g. lead quality, cost-per lead reductions etc.
  • Producing insightful reporting that connects paid social performance to business impacts, using CRM or marketing automation data where applicable.
  • Identifying growth opportunities across accounts, including new platform tests, creative enhancements, audience refinements and measurement evolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
