Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Our client is the UK's leading smart home EV charging company — building hardware and software that automatically finds the cheapest, greenest times for customers to charge their vehicles.
Backed by major automotive OEM partnerships and a product genuinely differentiated in the market, they are now accelerating their B2C growth engine for the first time.
This is one heck of an opportunity - you will have so much opportunity to influence and affect change at an unstoppable brand that is already on an upward trajectory- without really leaning on performance marketing. You will also work directly under a Head of Performance who has been instrumental in shaping teams at some of the most disruptive D2C consumer tech brands in the UK.
The Opportunity
- Build paid social from the ground up — no agency, no inherited playbook, genuine ownership from day one
- The paid social budget is set to triple by end of 2026, with your remit growing alongside it
- A clear path to new channels (TikTok, Snapchat), team leadership, and cross-channel strategy
- AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, specialist agents) are embedded in daily workflows — you'll be expected and encouraged to use them

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
