Paid Social Manager

£40,000–£45,000 DOE

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Our client is the UK's leading smart home EV charging company — building hardware and software that automatically finds the cheapest, greenest times for customers to charge their vehicles.

Backed by major automotive OEM partnerships and a product genuinely differentiated in the market, they are now accelerating their B2C growth engine for the first time.

This is one heck of an opportunity - you will have so much opportunity to influence and affect change at an unstoppable brand that is already on an upward trajectory- without really leaning on performance marketing. You will also work directly under a Head of Performance who has been instrumental in shaping teams at some of the most disruptive D2C consumer tech brands in the UK.

The Opportunity

  • Build paid social from the ground up — no agency, no inherited playbook, genuine ownership from day one
  • The paid social budget is set to triple by end of 2026, with your remit growing alongside it
  • A clear path to new channels (TikTok, Snapchat), team leadership, and cross-channel strategy
  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, specialist agents) are embedded in daily workflows — you'll be expected and encouraged to use them

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run Meta campaigns end-to-end — setup, optimisation, and performance reporting
  • Audit existing paid social activity and build a creative refresh cadence with the internal design studio
  • Analyse what's working, tell the story through data, and make the case for next steps
  • Build the business case for new channels and expand the programme over time

Your profile

Please read this carefully

  • 2–3 years of hands-on Meta campaign management (not just briefing — actually building and optimising)
  • Strong analytical instincts: you read metrics, find the signal, and use data to drive decisions
  • Mid and lower-funnel experience — conversion-focused performance campaigns, not just brand awareness
  • A builder's mindset — energised by greenfield and comfortable with ambiguity
  • AI-native or actively curious — you're already using AI tools to work smarter, or keen to start
  • Candidates from an agency background are welcome!
