Digital Media Manager – Paid Social
Remote, UK Working US/ET hours (1pm-9pm)
Introduction
We are working with a global FMCG leader looking to hire a Digital Media Manager – Paid Social to join their growing in-house media team.
The Role
As Digital Media Manager, Paid Social, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social and influencer campaigns across a portfolio of brands. Working closely with audience, content, performance, and media teams, you will oversee campaign execution, identify optimisation opportunities, and help shape the future of paid social best practice within the business.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of paid social and influencer campaigns
- Managing campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar channels
- Developing channel recommendations aligned with brand and business objectives
- Monitoring campaign performance, budgets, and delivery against agreed KPIs
- Identifying testing opportunities and driving continuous optimisation across campaigns
- Acting as the paid social subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Managing and mentoring a team of Digital Associates, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital activation plans
- Supporting the development of channel best practices, automation, and scalable processes
- Managing monthly media actualisations and supporting finance reporting

You – Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in-platform
- Strong expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer advertising
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimisation
- Experience presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com is advantageous
- Previous agency experience, ideally working with FMCG brands, is highly desirable
