Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to lead campaign delivery across two globally recognised brands: Tissot and Avolta Duty Free. This role sits at the heart of performance marketing — bringing together strategy, execution, and creative thinking to deliver campaigns that drive real business impact across international markets.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns across Tissot and Avolta Duty Free, from brief through to reporting
- Manage multiple campaigns across different markets, ensuring delivery is smooth, accurate, and on time
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
- Design and execute structured test-and-learn plans that drive continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with planning and performance teams to align campaigns with broader strategy and measurement frameworks
- Support and develop junior team members through guidance, feedback, and quality assurance
- Identify opportunities to optimise performance, improve processes, and introduce innovation across accounts

Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Strong experience across paid social platforms (including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest)
- Confidence managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- A structured, detail-focused approach to delivery and quality control
- Comfortable presenting to and partnering with clients
- Experience designing tests and using data to improve performance outcomes
- Understanding of measurement and tracking, including attribution and platform signals
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across global teams
