Paid Social Manager
Function: Paid Social | Meta & TikTok Advertising | Performance Marketing
Reports to: Senior Paid Social Manager
Core Responsibility: Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through effective paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok.
KPIs: ROAS, CAC, MER, Spend Efficiency, Client Retention
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to our London office (The Roundhouse, Camden)

The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll:
Paid Social Campaign Management
- Own day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Ensure budget allocation is efficient, performance aligns with client goals, and campaigns scale profitably.
- Proactively optimise based on data insights, not reactionary fixes.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and MER.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse data from Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Shopify, and internal tools.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for both the team and clients.
- Quickly diagnose performance issues and implement recovery plans.
- Ensure transparent, commercial reporting with clear action items.
Creative Performance Collaboration
- Work with Creative Strategists to refine ad assets based on performance data.
- Identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging for future tests.
- Monitor creative fatigue and recommend fresh ideas to maintain engagement.
Client Communication
- Share campaign updates and insights in client calls and reviews.
- Present data clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Be responsive, proactive, and client-centric—acting as a trusted partner.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Senior Paid Social Managers, Creative Teams, and Execs to refine strategies.
- Share learnings to improve team knowledge and workflows.
- Participate in meetings, planning, and training to support collective success.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience, either in agencies or DTC e-commerce.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a track record in driving measured business growth.
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign structure
- Audience strategy
- Creative testing
- Exit rate calculation
- Comfortable analysing tools like Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform dashboards.
- Commercial mindset with deep knowledge of ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Excellent data presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives on continuous improvement.
- Passionate about performance marketing and industry trends.
