We are a fast-growing creative performance marketing agency helping some of the world's leading beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetics brands scale through social commerce. We combine creative strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, and TikTok Shop expertise to deliver measurable growth.
We're looking for a TikTok Shop Paid Social Manager who understands the intersection of paid media, creator content, and e-commerce. You'll own paid campaigns across TikTok with a strong focus on TikTok Shop performance for beauty brands.
The Role
As TikTok Shop Paid Social Manager, you'll plan, execute, optimise, and report on high-performing paid social campaigns that drive sales through TikTok Shop. Working closely with creative strategists, creators, account managers, and clients, you'll identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, obsessed with TikTok trends, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimise TikTok paid campaigns with a focus on TikTok Shop conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets ranging from £20k–£500k+ per month.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and MER.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
- Conduct audience testing, bidding strategy optimisation, and campaign structuring.

TikTok Shop Growth
- Develop paid strategies specifically designed to increase TikTok Shop sales.
- Work alongside affiliate and creator teams to amplify high-performing creator content.
- Support live shopping events and promotional campaigns.
- Identify trending products and seasonal opportunities for beauty brands.
Creative Performance
- Brief UGC creators and creative teams using performance insights.
- Analyse creative fatigue and recommend new concepts.
- Test hooks, messaging, offers, and creative formats.
- Translate campaign data into actionable creative recommendations.
Client Management
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Build trusted relationships with beauty brand stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting insights, learnings, and next steps.
Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Influencer, Social, and Account Management teams.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and beauty category developments.
- Share best practices across the agency.
Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns.
- Experience running TikTok Ads at scale.
- Proven experience with TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly media budgets.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms.
- Experience using TikTok Creative Centre and Seller Centre.
- Knowledge of social commerce and live shopping strategies.

Success Measures
Within your first 12 months, you'll:
- Deliver consistent growth in TikTok Shop revenue across client accounts.
- Improve ROAS and efficiency through creative testing and optimisation.
- Build trusted relationships with beauty clients.
- Develop scalable paid social strategies that contribute to long-term client growth.
- Become the agency's subject matter expert on TikTok Shop performance marketing.
