Senior Account Manager – Paid Social (£46,000 – £51,000 | London | Hybrid)
Our high-growth digital marketing agency is expanding its Paid Social team to drive continued success with clients and secure new business opportunities. This is a crucial opportunity to shape client performance, deepen strategy, and guide long-term partnerships in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead strategic client relationships, drive data-led campaign optimisation, and mentor junior team members. This role offers the chance to advance your career into a senior strategic position within a forward-thinking agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Own campaign testing, optimisation, and performance analysis to maximise ROI
- Translate commercial priorities into actionable Paid Social strategies
- Work closely with Data & Product teams to execute advanced initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing team
Essential Requirements
- Expertise in Paid Social across diverse industries
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and delegate effectively
- Experience in coaching and developing junior talent
- Cross-channel understanding to support integrated campaigns
