About the Role
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing global lead generation businesses, a multi-brand performance marketing company investing millions of pounds a year across paid social and paid search, connecting consumers and SMEs with trusted providers across a wide range of essential products and services.
You'll take real ownership of paid social strategy across a mix of 5–10 B2B and B2C verticals from competitor research and creative direction through to campaign build, optimisation, and quality control. Activity runs predominantly on Meta, but the business is expanding its channel mix, so exposure to TikTok or LinkedIn ads is a plus.
This is a hands-on, highly analytical role for someone who wants direct, visible ownership over multi-million-pound budgets, with genuine autonomy and a clear path to progress whether that's deeper into a specialist paid social/technical track or into team leadership. Strong mid-level candidates with the right hands-on Meta experience are encouraged to apply, even if "senior" doesn't quite describe your current title.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
