About Disturbia
We are Disturbia, a fast-growing, independent UK fashion brand specialising in alternative & subculture fashion. Our mission is to harness the spirit of authenticity and individuality.
Founded in 2003 by creative graduates Frank and Helen, we challenge the ordinary with authentically unconventional attire for those who thrive on the strange and unusual. Now, over 20 years later, we’ve built a devoted global following of musicians, artists and free spirits.
Based across Northumberland (HQ) and East London, our team of creatives, doers, dreamers, and makers collaboratively creates unique products and delivers an exceptional customer experience for those who dare to stand out.

- Obsessed with the social media landscape
- Passionate about data-driven creative frameworks
- Equal parts data analyst and creative innovator
Your core focus will be developing and scaling high-converting paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Strategic Leadership
- Develop high-performing, concept-driven creative campaigns tailored to our target audiences, aligning with trend forecasting, cultural moments, and platform innovations.
- Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs and scripts, ensuring smooth production pipeline execution.
- Own the creative testing roadmap—develop hypotheses, prioritise new angles, and maintain a pipeline of A/B tests across formats, audiences, and markets.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
