Painter

Painter/Decorator – Birmingham/Warwickshire

Our Capital/Planned Works team based in Birmingham/Warwickshire is seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to transform bathrooms and kitchens for our social housing clients, working primarily in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, productive environment with the opportunity to boost earnings through excellent work.


Income & Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary: £32,103 for a 39-hour week

The Role: Painter & Decorator

Core Responsibilities

✔ Health & Safety first – Ensuring safety, happiness, and support for yourself, us, and our customers. ✔ Decorating & Maintenance – Execution of stain blocking, patching, and quality decorating in domestic properties. ✔ Customer-Centric Work – Enjoying collaboration with residents and your team to organise and complete work efficiently. ✔ Problem Solving – Applying fine fault-finding skills to resolve domestic issues swiftly.

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Nationally recognised NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (experience in domestic/social housing is desirable but not mandatory). ✅ Genuine passion for improving homes and delivering strong customer service skills. ✅ Ability to work effectively in teams and enthusiasm for achieving results. ✅ Full UK driving licence (your own vehicle is required).
