Painter

Painter – Maidstone (Servicing East London)

About the Role

Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Painter to join our successful team based in Maidstone, but also working across East London including Tower Hamlets, Dartford, Eltham, and Stratford. You’ll specialise in carrying out internal and external decorations to customers’ properties.

  • Salary: £36,280.00 (plus bonus opportunities).
  • Full time, 39-hour week, with flexibility to grow earnings with performance.

The Painter Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing internal and external decorations in housing environments
  • Working in domestic settings, collaborating with teams and residents
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a passion for enhancing people’s homes

What You’ll Bring

  • Desirable: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Painting (on-site qualifications available for time-served tradespeople).
  • Experience: Ideally within domestic/social housing or a relevant environment (not essential).
  • Customer service mindset: Strong values in delivering exceptional service.
  • Driving licence: Valid and eligible to drive in the UK.
