Guaranteed 39 hour week pay, whatever the weather. Aligned with CIJC WRA, you’ll earn every day, even when the weather gets in the way.
London : £36,280.00 Reading and Southampton : £34,192.00 Plymouth, Birmingham, Bristol and Nottingham : £32,103.00 AND IN ADDITION TO YOUR GUARANTEED BASIC SALARY

The Painter Role
We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
Our painters work across a wide range of projects, from housing associations and listed buildings to communal areas and education sites like universities and colleges. With the occasional lighthouse thrown in, the role offers variety, unique challenges, and the chance to work in some truly distinctive settings. We don’t want your expert skills to be underutilised. Working on your own or as part of a team you will enjoy engaging with residents, providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Bring As a Painter
Preferably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential) Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
