Skilled Painter – Domestic & Social Housing (Maidstone, East London)
About the Role
Our business is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a skilled Painter to join our successful painting team. Based in Maidstone but servicing regional areas including:
- Tower Hamlets
- Dartford
- Eltham
- Stratford
You’ll specialise in both internal and external property decorations, delivering high-quality results across residential properties.
The role offers a competitive salary starting at £36,280.00 per year, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Competitive Remuneration
- Basic salary: £34,192.00 per year (39-hour working week)
- On-target earnings up to £40,336.00 through bonuses, travel allowances, and expenses

Key Responsibilities
- Completing internal and external decorations in housing environments
- Working in domestic settings, ensuring high standards while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines for both your protection and that of residents
- Collaborating with a team and directly with property owners
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Painting and Decorating is desirable—on-site qualifications available for regular staff
- Experience in domestic/social housing environments is advantageous (not mandatory)
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for improving people’s homes
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
