Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Painter and Decorator role based in East London. The Painter and Decorator will prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming walls, ceilings, and floors. The role involves applying paints, coatings, and finishes to internal and external surfaces, including industrial and commercial environments.

- Assisting with epoxy resin coatings and floor preparation
The Painter and Decorator will follow health and safety guidelines, maintain tools and equipment, and work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in Painting and Decorating, including surface preparation and application of finishes.
- Experience working with Paint, Coatings, and industrial finishes suitable for commercial and industrial settings.
- Proficiency in Painting and Spray Painting techniques, with attention to detail and consistent quality.
- Knowledge of epoxy resin systems and floor preparation methods is highly desirable.
- Understanding of health and safety practices, including safe use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to read and follow job specifications, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively with site teams.
- Previous experience as a painter and decorator in commercial or industrial environments preferred.
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship in painting and decorating are an advantage.
