We are currently looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our successful refurbishment and planned works business. You will specialise in carrying out domestic painting, working in occupied properties throughout the Swindon area. Working as part of a direct mixed trade team you will enjoy working collaboratively as well as at times, some lone working too.

The Painter And Decorator Role

You will be completing all internal decorations for refurbishment programmes within domestic properties working to a program of works. You thrive off building positive relationships whilst working with the general public. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company. Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, your team, and the customers around you, always.

What will you bring as a Painter and decorator?

  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Painting and Decorating or similar professional body. This is important to demonstrate the level of skills required to be successful in the role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional domestic environment
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence with your own works vehicle, which is essential to undertake the Painter role. You will receive travel and fare contributions for work travel.
