This role will help us to do this by providing a professional painting and decorating service, delivering an excellent customer experience and adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating to customers’ homes and empty properties.
- Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks such as patch plastering, making good defects to architraves and skirting boards, apply mould growth treatments as per manufacturer’s specification.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach.
- Leave customers’ homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with our company policy.
- Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.
We need people who are/hold:
- Experience of painting and decorating work and associated multitasking activities in customer`s homes.
- Sound building and construction knowledge.
- General building maintenance repair knowledge.
- City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating.
- Full valid driving licence.
