Job Description
Painter & Decorator
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Maintenance Technician to manage all maintenance, servicing, and repairs to the hotel facilities. A maintenance person’s day-to-day job is extremely varied and could see you painting a wall one day and repairing a broken toilet the next. You will work alongside another member of the Maintenance team as many work tasks require teamwork to move large items or complete a bigger project, but most occasions will be carrying out tasks on your own.
Tasks Will Also Include:
- To be able to respond speedily to reactive painting & decorating repairs both inside and outside the Hotel.
- Be able to maintain a maintenance program for the hotels painting & decorating.
- Will be able to order materials in order to respond efficiently to work requests.
- Be prepared to support and work alongside the maintenance team in meeting higher priority works.
- Assembling and Moving furniture

Hours of work:
We are looking for someone to work Full-time 6 days a week
Rate of Pay:
To exceed minimum wages - Depending on experience and qualification
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for somebody who has experience of performing a similar role of at least 1 year. Ideally you will be a handy person or have worked in a particular trade previously. You will be a good communicator with a keen eye for detail and be customer focused at all times.
