Painter

Painter – Internal & External Decorations (Maidstone, Servicing East London)

Our business is growing, and so are the opportunities for you to thrive. We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our successful Painting business based in Maidstone, but with significant clients in East London, including areas like Tower Hamlets, Dartford, Eltham, and Stratford. The role involves specialising in internal and external decorations for customers' properties.

Salary & Package

  • Basic salary: £36,280.00 with bonus opportunities available.

(Note: An earlier compensation offering—£34,192.00 for 39 hours, with OT possibilities—has been integrated into the benefits section.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing internal and external decorations in housing settings
  • Working within domestic environments and engaging with residents
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service while delivering quality work

What We Look For

  • Qualification: NVQ Level 2 in Painting or equivalent (desirable). On-site NVQ training is available for experienced tradesperson.
  • Experience: Ideally, experience in domestic or social housing environments (though not mandatory).
  • Passion for customer service—a strong value in exceptional customer experience.
  • Soft skills: Strong teamwork, ease with people, and a desire to enhance homes.
