Can you turn a tired room into something customers are proud of? Our Capital/Planned Works team, based in the Salisbury area is looking for a skilled Painter/Decorator to join us, transforming bathrooms and kitchens for our social housing clients.
Work with a team that appreciates your eye for detail and gives you the space to deliver quality work without cutting corners!

- Competitive basic salary of £32,103 for a 39 hour working week
- On target earnings up to £36,159 with bonus and overtime

The Painter And Decorator Role
- Health & Safety first - We're committed to keeping you safe, happy, and supported. Safety is central to every aspect of this role, for you, us, and our customers.
- Painting and Decorating - undertaking responsive stain blocking and decorating to properties
- Customer focused - Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
- Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.
What You Will Bring As a Painter And Decorator
- You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.
With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others.
