As Panel Acquisition Marketing Executive, EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth and quality of our panel communities across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape acquisition strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping us connect with new audiences through innovative, data-driven marketing.

Working closely with local teams, global stakeholders and external partners, you will drive sustainable growth while continuously improving campaign performance and member engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead acquisition marketing strategies across EMEA, tailoring activity to local market needs while aligning with regional growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimise a diverse mix of digital acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, co-registration programmes, search engine optimisation (SEO) and referral initiatives.
  • Partner with the Global Panel team and local stakeholders to develop recruitment plans and drive panel growth.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, focusing on cost efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates and long-term engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to test, learn and scale new channels, partnerships and acquisition approaches.
  • Build, manage and grow strategic affiliate and media partnerships, ensuring a high-performing and balanced acquisition portfolio.
  • Lead supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Own acquisition budgets, forecasting volume requirements and tracking performance against agreed targets.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective landing pages, creative assets, email campaigns and user journeys.
  • Drive website and landing page optimisation initiatives to improve conversion performance.
  • Use reporting and visualisation tools to communicate performance insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities to increase efficiency, effectiveness and scale.

The ideal skills and experience

We're looking for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with commercial awareness and analytical thinking. You will likely have:

  • Experience managing digital acquisition or performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and broader customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working with digital analytics, reporting platforms and performance measurement tools.
  • The ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting outcomes and delivering against growth targets.
  • A strong understanding of conversion optimisation and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and present to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively across international or geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement, problem-solving capabilities and a results-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and broader reporting tools.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers is beneficial but not essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
