About the Role

Our client, a successful and growing property company based in the heart of Hampstead, is looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised PA/Office Manager to become an integral part of their friendly and collaborative team.

Working from their beautiful office in one of London's most desirable locations, you'll provide dedicated PA support to the Director while playing a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll also be the central point of support for the wider Research and Acquisitions teams, ensuring everything runs efficiently and helping to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive PA support to the Director, including diary management, meetings, and administrative support.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and maintaining efficient processes.
  • Supporting the Research and Acquisitions teams by reviewing inbound property leads, maintaining Salesforce CRM, and helping to prioritise opportunities.
  • Providing administrative and organisational support across the wider team.
  • Coordinating internal communication and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, advertising, and social media activity.
  • Managing office supplies and general office administration.

About You

  • Experienced PA, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or Senior Administrator who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and social media (Facebook and Instagram) would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • An interest in property and a genuine curiosity about the stories behind long-term empty homes would be highly beneficial.
