PA / Office Manager

Location: Fulham, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Are you a proactive, organised and people-focused PA or Office Manager looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're working with a growing communications agency based in Fulham that partners with organisations to communicate more effectively and successfully manage change. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a quick-thinking, energetic and highly adaptable PA / Office Manager to become a key part of their close-knit team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone in the earlier stages of their PA career who is ready to take on a varied, fast-paced role with real responsibility and exposure to senior leadership. You'll provide support to the Executive Chairman, Group CEO, and assist the wider Board as required, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with the most senior people in the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
