About the Role

- Play a crucial role in our operations, helping optimise production, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain equipment to the relevant specifications.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring compliance with standards and maximising machine outputs.
- Communicate effectively with shift leaders, reporting production status and highlighting any issues promptly.
- Conduct fault finding and perform repairs or adjustments within your capabilities, including health checks on machinery.
- Escalate to Engineering when faults cannot be resolved in-house.
- Perform first-off quality checks, making necessary adjustments to support consistent production.
- Minimise material wastage through efficient machine operation.
- Conduct clear and effective shift handovers to ensure seamless workflows.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, adhering to Huhtamaki’s standards.
- Work as a collaborative team member, contributing to a Culture of shared responsibility and progress.
