Responsibilities
- Task and Quality Guidance:
- Ensure equipment is set up to the required specifications and maintain optimal product quality.
- Meet all production targets to the best of your ability while maximising machine output efficiency.

Communication & Teamwork:
- Foster clear communication with your shift leader, regularly updating them on production status.
- Immediately highlight any issues or problems as they arise.
- Operate effectively as a dedicated team member, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Fault Detection & Basic Maintenance:
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding when equipment malfunctions occur.
- Perform basic repairs or adjustments where possible, including routine "health checks" on specific machine components.
- Escalate to Engineering when issues cannot be resolved on your level.
