Finance Paralegal - Guildford - Legal 500 & Legal 200
A highly regarded Legal 500 and Legal 200 law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal into its specialist Finance team based in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and career-driven individual who is looking to build their future within a supportive and progressive legal environment.

The Role
- Supporting solicitors and fee earners on a range of property finance matters
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and transaction paperwork
- Managing and updating case files and documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders and other third parties
- Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting compliance, due diligence and file management activities
- Developing specialist knowledge within property finance and financial services
About You (Essential)
- You live within a reasonable commuting distance of Guildford and can work full-time from the office.
- You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- You are available to start within the next 4–5 weeks.
- You have previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator or in another legal support role.
- Your experience has been gained within property, finance, corporate, commercial or a similar practice area i.e. for example not family law etc.
